I have a Harman pellet stove and I like to fix things myself when something goes wrong. I have went there multiple times to ask for detail and help in figuring out what I need to fix. They know there stoves and bend over backwards to help you. Alway cordial and there input helps me repair my stove, great place, great staff!

We bought a Swim Spa from Abundant Life and could not be happier with the purchase. Lincoln was extraordinarily helpful and really went above-and-beyond to make sure we had a successful experience. I would like to share our experience with Abundant. My wife and I were at our wits end with our Pellet Boiler and older model. We were having so many issue's. Rick actually took my call once to give us some tips. We still couldn't get a handle on it. Rick and his co worker Russ might be mistaken. First off they were very friendly to our dog Nugget and we LOVED that. They both worked probably longer than they should have and they got our Pellet Boiler purring like never before. We had never seen such burnt ash in the pot!!! Do not hesitate to call them for help or any of your needs to keep your house warm we are forever grateful!!!

Wow - we love our Jotul gas stove from Abundant Light and their service has been excellent. The day we bought the stove, Matt was wonderful. He patiently talked with us about a bunch of different stoves and helped us end up with the perfect one. We scheduled the install, but told Matt we had a guy we knew that would handle laying the gas lines for us. When that guy failed to show up, Matt stepped in and put us in touch with someone he works with regularly and everything went smoothly from then on. 6 months in - we had turned off the pilot light and had a little trouble getting it started. We called in - they talked us through it over the phone - got it running and then scheduled Rick to come out and just check things out just to be sure everything was ok. Rick was super nice to work with. He did a quick check of everything, made a few adjustments just to ensure the best outcome, and even took the time to clean the glass - all free of charge. Overall a wonderful experience!!

Purchased a Bullfrog A5L select and Abundant Life has been great to work with. We bought the spa unseen and worked with Lincoln to help us spec it out. He worked with us on making decisions about size, jet pack options, trim level and even colors. We had a minor warranty issue found after the spa was delivered and they handled it exceptionally fast and did all the legwork with Bullfrog. Abundant Life did a great job for me on my bullfrog spa hot tub. I started with Woody, who was quite helpful in getting me the spa that I wanted. Some times these things can be complicated, especially when you're having a spa that's expensive and new and being shipped a longer distance than normal. They came through and helped me get the spa installed, assisted me with a rebate that was going on that I did not know about. And then afterwards, also helped with a couple of recalls/repairs that occurred and were prompt at showing up and actually driving quite a long distance. Ryan, who was the gentleman that showed up two different occasion was very nice, hard working, and proficient at what he does, no doubt. I would highly recommend this company. Five stars.

My wife and I bought a Bullfrog M8 in June 2023. Woody and the staff were helpful for our first fill. We started experiencing some water quality issues and Lincoln has gone far above and beyond any experience I have had with any company or product in recent memory, helping me almost daily with the proper way to care for the tub (and showing me how easy it really is). Update- after a year of ownership, thanks to Lincoln's advice we only need maybe a tablespoon of chlorine every few days to keep everything running perfectly! A word to the wise, if it's going to be windy, put a patio brick on top of your cover.

Rick came out to our house yesterday to get us set up with a larger Jotul propane stove. He was courteous, professional and clearly cared about making sure everything was just as it should be. That's worth everything when you consider the safety factors involved in dealing with propane fuel. I'm going to use the term "old-fashioned" - in the best sense - it's rare these days to feel like someone really gives a hoot and isn't just in a rush to go to the next job. I'll continue to bring my business to, and recommend, Abundant Life as a well-run and reliable business to support. A RARE FIND these days!

We purchased both a pellet stove and hot tub. Our pellet stove was delivered and installed by abundant life. They were the consumate professionals. Came and left and it looked amazing. I was worried about having a huge pipe coming out of the stove and the install was able to be done in a way that we cannot see the pipe at all. Totally professional. They took the time to show us how to operated and even gave us some tips to keep our stove running for many many years. Our hot tub would not start right way after we had it wired. Lincoln was out with in 15 minute and in an hour had it up and running. Totally impressed. Who comes out on a Saturday to fix something? The staff is amazing. I would highly recommenddthem to anyone. Glad we found them. We are now customers for life!

Had an excellent experience purchasing my Pellet Stove through Abundant Life. Specifically worked with Ethan. They were incredibly knowledgeable, super nice and extremely patient! I live in a condo association and had to ask them for a bunch of insurance information. They happily provided me with everything I needed AND they had the best price around by far.

Knowledgeable sales department. Excellent service department. We bought both our Harmon pellet stoves in 2008 from them and are very happy with both stoves. The service department is terrific with cleanings each year and the service department has been easy to rely on all these years for repairs when needed.

I bought a Hearthstone "Manchester" here last year and had questions regarding adding an ash pan and ash build up. The young sales person who stepped forward to assist me quickly admitted he wasn't the most qualified to answer my questions, then quickly introduced me to a more experienced and seasoned person. The conversation that followed was helpful, informative and reassuring. It was also fun. We I remarked that I found watching the fire burn almost as relaxing as sitting by water, the young sales shared that he agrees and tells his wife the stove is like "caveman TV".

Last year we bought a wood stove. We had difficulty running it properly. We asked if we could trade it in for a pellet stove. They worked with us to make the switch including removal and installation. With this willingness to keep our business, they have another satisfied customer.

The only place I felt I wasn't being bamboozled, even though the owner upped the installation price for Labor Day weekend to make up for the Sale Prices of the units. This I find sleezy.
