Service Technician

Service Technicians play a vital role in ensuring our products are installed, serviced, and maintained safely and efficiently. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in craftsmanship and problem-solving.

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant technical or trade experience is a plus, but not required

• Training may be provided for the right candidate

• Assist with installation, maintenance, and service of stoves, fireplaces, spas, and related products

• Perform service calls while following safety and quality standards

• Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate solutions

• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment

• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
