Friendly, knowledgable, on the ball, biggest showroom and best prices of 4 stores in 3 surrounding towns. The only place I felt I wasn't being bamboozled, even though the owner upped the installation price for Labor Day weekend to make up for the Sale Prices of the units. This I find sleezy. The staff, however, and the store dog, were great!!!
